- What kind of products does Designs Alif offer? Currently, we specialize in unique and stylish tote bags. We'll soon be expanding our collection to include mugs, aprons, apparel, and home decor items.
- What are your tote bags made of? Our tote bags are crafted from durable and high-quality materials, primarily 100% eco cotton, designed for everyday use and longevity. Specific material details are available on each product page.
- What are the dimensions of your tote bags? The dimensions for each tote bag are listed on its individual product page. We offer a standard size, and a large size, suitable for a variety of uses, from daily errands to carrying books.
- Do your tote bags have pockets or zippers? Most of our tote bags feature an open main compartment for easy access. Please check the individual product description for details on specific features like inner pockets or zipper closures.

- How do I place an order? Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

- Where do you ship to? We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

How long will it take to receive my order? Since each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, it takes a bit longer to deliver it. This on-demand production helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
- Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 3-9 business days. Express shipping delivers in 1-2 business days.
- United States: Standard shipping typically takes 4-8 business days. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

- What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? Please contact us right away at contact@designsalif.com if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

- Do you offer exchanges? We typically handle exchanges by asking you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- When will I receive my refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Who pays for return shipping? Once your return is approved, we cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrect.

- How do I care for my tote bag? To keep your tote bag looking its best, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry thoroughly. For deeper cleaning, gentle hand washing in cold water may be suitable, but avoid harsh scrubbing or machine washing to preserve the design and fabric integrity.
